ABOUT THE SPONSOR
The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney, the home of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is the result of the Curious Journey of the Curious Mind. Through the years PJ has taken many journeys from the familiar into terra incognita. In time those travels took him from Eastern China, back home to The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, picking up unique and exotic botanicals along the way. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with exotic layers of fresh citrus, oriental botanicals, and gunpowder tea – every precious drop slow distilled in copper pot stills at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney where 80 persons are now employed.
