The RIYC Movie Nights are a free monthly screening for members and their guests in the Drawing Room during the Spring and Autumn seasons. The ambience of the Drawing Room provides a perfect backdrop where you can relax in an armchair and enjoy the movie. Screening is at 19.30hrs with optional pre-screening supper available in the Dining Room from 18.30hrs, €20 per person for main course with tea/coffee, book with

• Alfred Hitchcock's Torn Curtain is a 1966 American spy political thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock, and starring Paul Newman and Julie Andrews. This is a repeat of the November film, as we had technial difficulties.

• "The Pajama Game" (1957) romantic musical comedy starring Doris Day.
Wednesday 12th March
• "Flight of the Doves" (1971) "Once maligned as high blarney, this adaptation of Walter Macken's 1967 novel has gained a cult following in recent years. Two Liverpool children escape their cruel uncle (Ron Moody) and run away to Galway. Features a great St Patrick's Day chase and the forward-thinking, inclusive anthem, You Don't Have to Be Irish to be Irish."
Wednesday 9th April
• "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie" (1969) starring Maggie Smith, in conjunction with the RIYC Book Club will be reading that title in April.
