SUMMER IN YOUR CLUB

Dear Members
I welcome you to Summer 2023 in your Club!
Here are a few reminders that will help to make your Club visit more efficient and enjoyable.

YOUR CLUBCARD
• We require all Members to present their clubcard when opening a tab, to ensure smoother transactions.
• Remember each Member has their own card so there is no need to leave doors open for others.

YOUR ACCOUNT
• All Members are required to settle their bills before they leave the Club unless they have set up a direct debit mandate. Staff will present you with the option to pay 'Card or Cash'. We ask for your co-operation and understanding in this area.

If you would like to set up a direct debit, download the direct debit form here, and return it to the account's office.

YOUR CREW
• Crew Membership is a 'taster' membership where crew on an Ordinary Members boat can avail of half price membership for a two-year period (or part of). Any Ordinary Member can propose their Crew, see application form here

YOUR VISITORS
• Our Bar licence requires that all visitors are signed into the Visitors book in the hall, by the Member who invited them.

YOUR CAR PARK
• The staff have been tasked with monitoring the car park, we ask for Members cooperation in this. Here is a copy of the Car Park regulations
